In 1980, the late Marjorie Day, Esq. opened the Tustin practice representing victims in personal injury and malpractice. She was the first female president of the California Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the first female elected to its national executive board. The organization named Marjorie the first female Trial Lawyer of the Year. In 1993, Marjorie was joined in practice by her husband, the late Wilbur Day.
In 1993, current Managing Partner, Alan C. Brown joined the firm, becoming Managing Partner in 2010. In 2007, Alan served as the President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. In 2014, Trevor J. Herrera joined the firm as a litigation specialist.
Alan has been with the firm since 1993, and a managing partner since 2010. He was the president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2009 and remains very active in many bar associations, publications, and community events and outreach.
Trevor has been practicing law since 2014. Trevor is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Young Lawyer’s Division, and the California State Bar Association.
