In 1980, the late Marjorie Day, Esq. opened the Tustin practice representing victims in personal injury and malpractice. She was the first female president of the California Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the first female elected to its national executive board. The organization named Marjorie the first female Trial Lawyer of the Year.  In 1993, Marjorie was joined in practice by her husband, the late Wilbur Day.  

In 1993, current Managing Partner, Alan C. Brown joined the firm, becoming Managing Partner in 2010.  In 2007, Alan served as the President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. In 2014, Trevor J. Herrera joined the firm as a litigation specialist.
